OffPuff ("we", "us") is recruiting a private iOS beta group for a quit-vaping companion app. This policy explains what we collect through this website and what we do with it.
What we collect
Email address. When you apply for beta access, we collect the email address you give us, plus the time and page you joined from.
Basic usage data. This site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand aggregate usage (page views, button clicks, approximate region). GA4 sets cookies and processes data under Google's terms. We do not use advertising trackers or sell this data.
How we use it
- To send your launch invite when OffPuff opens.
- To send occasional product updates before launch. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your email with advertisers or data brokers.
Where it is stored
Beta application records (email, signup time, source page) are stored in Google Cloud Firestore under our own access-controlled project. The public cannot read, list, change, or delete waitlist data. Analytics data is processed by Google Analytics 4.
We keep your email only while beta recruitment and launch updates are active or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from any email using the link in the footer of that email.
- Delete your data at any time by emailing hello@offpuff.com from the address you registered with. We will remove it within 30 days.
Health information
This website does not collect health information. If future versions of the app let you log usage data, we will update this policy before launch and explain exactly what is stored.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date above and, for significant changes, email applicants.
