These terms cover the OffPuff website and beta application. OffPuff is a quit-vaping companion app in development; it is not yet publicly available.

What OffPuff is - and is not

OffPuff is a habit tracker. It is not a medical device, medical advice, or a treatment program. Nothing on this site or in the app diagnoses, treats, or prevents any condition. If you want medical support for quitting nicotine, talk to a doctor or pharmacist. Free help exists today at smokefree.gov and 1-800-QUIT-NOW (US).

The private beta

Applying for the beta is free. Applying does not guarantee access: we select a small group and invite testers by email. Beta features may change, break, or be removed without notice while we build.

Planned pricing

We plan a permanent free tier and an optional OffPuff Plus subscription at $49.99/year or $14.99/month (planned launch pricing) at launch. The price shown in the app at purchase is the price that applies. Beta testers are never charged during the beta.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the site or signup system: no automated signups, no scraping at volume, no attempting to access data that isn't yours.

Liability

The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.
